Payment & Quotation Terms and Conditions

Before any work commences a free survey shall be made, leading to an official quotation document, which will show an itemised summary of work and relative costs.

At this point, the customer should review the quotation documents, ensuring that they are completely satisfied with what work is being done. At this point the customer should feel free to get in contact about any changes or queries about the given quote.

Once the quotation is approved by the customer, a work schedule will be agreed and work shall commence accordingly.

Your official quotation document will usually state that no deposit is required. - giving you complete piece of mind. Payment is due upon work completion in this case.

For larger jobs a stage-payment agreement will be introduced, however your money is completely protected with SafeTrade

Once the job has been completed to satisfactory standards, payment shall be due which can be made payable by cheque, cash or via Safetrade

The customer will then receive an invoice with our guarantee of works and other relative paperwork. The customer should always keep copies of these documents, as the guarantee is transferable to new house owners. You will also need this documentation in the unlikely case that any problems arise .
